Chlorinated Polyethylene resin (CPE series)
Chlorinated Polyethylene is a high molecular polymer material made from HDPE through chlorination.The special molecular structure gives CPE many superior physical and chemical performances that makes CPE can be widely used in PVC, engineering plastics (CPE resin series )and Rubber applications (CM Rubber series).
As one of the most important impact modifier in the universal plastics market, CPE is widely used in processing of PVC extrusion and injection molding products ,including rigid PVC profile, pipes, pipe fittings,sheets and panels. It can greatly enhance the impact strength of the rigid PVC products and give the products an excellent low-temperature performance, excellent weather resistance. Some customers are also use it for formulations of PE or PP plastic products with proper amount.
Chlorinated Polyethylene Rubber (CM Series)
According to the final application ,Chlorinated Polyethylene has another big group:CM Rubber series for Rubber application.
As a special synthetic rubber, CM is a heat, weathering and oil resistant elastomer. It has been broadly used in wire,cable, hose and automotive industrial parts for decades with its outstanding chemical characteristics and flame retardant property as a most important raw materials in production.
Chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM)
Chlorosulfonated polyethylene referred to as CSM is a special synthetic rubber which has completely saturated main chain and pendant group. It is suitable for vulcanization by various vulcanization molding methods and can be vulcanized by all kind of cross linking agent, like metal oxide, sulfur, polyol, peroxide and so on.
Also the unique molecular structure give CSM vulcanizate the excellent ozone resistance , weather resistance and great resistance to heat, oil, chemicals and aging with properly formulated CSM vulcanizate in rubber production.
Acrylic processing aids (ACR) for PVC
Acrylic Processing Aids are acrylic based co-polymer with moderate molecular weight. It can be used separately or with other processing aid to promote the fusion of PVC compounds and improve the process-ability in kinds of rigid PVC production perfectly.
It can be applied to PVC extrusion products and injection molding PVC products, building and construction materials such as window profiles, siding, fence, pipe, fitting, sheets, films and other injection molding parts. Furthermore, they can also be used in transparent PVC products & foam application.

Acrylic Impact Modifier(AIM) for PVC
Acrylic Impact Modifier (AIM) series are acrylic copolymers with core-shell structure in which core being moderate cross linked structure is linked with shell by grafting copolymerization.
FINE AIM can not only endow PVC products with higher impact strength performance , but also increases the surface gloss significantly, give an excellent weather resistance, at the same time improve fusion and process-ability of PVC material and aging resistance properties of the finished product.
FINE AIM is especially suitable for outdoor products and widely used in the PVC rigid products , some of the engineering plastics and PVC transparent products, like PVC profiles, sheets, boards, pipes, pipe fittings, etc.
ACM Impact Modifier (ACM) for PVC
ACM is a new type of impact modifier for PVC industry.It’s an interpenetrating network copolymer (IPN ) by grafting slightly chlorinated HDPE with acrylate. With the super high elongation at break FINE ACM impact modifier can effectively improve the ductility of PVC products, endow it with excellent low-temperature toughness and perfect process-ability in production, which can help to reduce processing aid dosage in formula.
The main function of ACM is to enhance the impact strength and toughness of PVC finished products under low temperature which endow it the better impact performance than other general type impact modifiers, like CPE and MBS. FINE ACM impact modifier is suitable for PVC rigid products especially for application of low-temperature toughness, like PVC pipes, fittings and injection molding PVC products.
Methyl methacrylate-Butadiene-Styrene Impact Modifier for PVC
MBS(Methylmetharylate-Butadiene-Styrene) is a new polymer material.It has a typical core-shell structure and the core is a rubber phase spherical nucleus.The outside is a shell composed of styrene and methyl methacrylate.
Due to the similar dissolution parameters of methyl methacrylate and PVC, it plays the role of interface adhesive between PVC resin and rubber particles, and forms a homogeneous phase in the process of PVC processing and mixing, giving the product excellent impact resistance.
Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) Compound
CPVC compound are developed by using our own CPVC resin, it has good heat resistance, excellent corrosion resistance to acid and caustic, good processability and production stability and good mechanical property.
CPVC compounds are formulated according to the actual CPVC products as per their quality standards. The form of CPVC compound is tasteless, odorless, non-toxic loose powder or granule.
Due to its unique properties in industry production ,CPVC are widely used in Extrusion of hot water pressure pipe,Extrusion of sprinkler pipe,Injection molding of pressure fitting for hot water,Injection molding of sprinkler pipe fitting and Injection molding of industry pipe fitting, etc.
Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) Resin
CPVC is a thermoplastic engineering plastic produced by chlorination of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin. After the chlorination, it has even higher polar and good chemical stability, the vicat softening temperature is increased from 72-82℃ to more than 125℃.
So CPVC resin has more flexible application in production and it can withstand higher temperature when its comparing with PVC.
High Chlorinated Polyethylene (HCPE resin)
High chlorinated polyethylene resin is made from polyethylene through highly chlorination.It’s a type of chlorinated polymer which contains chlorine at 65 - 69%. It is transparent, hard and brittle thermoplastic resins. It has high chemical stability, good salt water resistance and good ultraviolet resistance. It is easily soluble in polar organic solvents such as toluene, xylene and esters, forming a colorless to pale yellow, transparent solution, can it does not contain double bonds in the molecular structure, chlorine atoms are randomly distributed. When this solution is applied to the surface of metal, concrete, paper etc., the solvent readily vaporizes at room temperature to leave a transparent, hard and lustrous glass-like film. This film resists the permeation of moisture and oxygen gas, and shows high resistance to various chemicals such as acids and alkalis. It protects the substrates from corrosion, and also serves as a top coating for decorative purposes.

Chlorinated Rubber (CR)
Chlorinated Rubber (CR) is a high hardness, powdered thermoplastic resin. And it is a derived product modified from the natural rubber through chlorination. It has excellent properties of weather resistance, adhesion, chemical stability, salt water resistance, UV protection, etc.
Chlorinated Rubber can be stably dissolved in toluene, xylene and other organic solvents, and acrylic acid, alkyd and many other resins, forming colorless or yellow transparent liquid. When this solution is applied to metal, concrete, paper and other surfaces, the solvent evaporates at room temperature, leaving behind a transparent, hard, shiny, glassy film. This film prevents the penetration of water vapor and oxygen, meanwhile is highly stable to various chemicals, such as acids and bases. It protects the substrate against corrosion and can be used as a topcoat for decoration. In addition, this product has excellent fire-resistance due to its high chlorine content.
Chloroprene Rubber(CR)
Chloroprene Rubber is a synthetic rubber produced by α-polymerization of chloroprene (i.e. 2-chloro-1,3-butadiene) as the main raw material. It is widely used in anti-weathering products, viscose soles, and coatings. and rocket fuel.
Appearing as milky white, beige or light brown flakes or blocks, Neoprene is an elastomer & important variety of synthetic rubber.It has good physical and mechanical properties, oil resistance, heat resistance, flame resistance, sunlight resistance, ozone resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and chemical reagent resistance. The disadvantage is poor cold resistance and storage stability.
