2, PVC add glass fiber PVC add 20% to 30% glass fiber, in the case of no (or less) plasticizer, its heat resistance can be increased to more than 100 ° C. Especially long fiber reinforced PVC, its thermal deformation temperature increase is more obvious.

3. PVC is blended with other polymers.
PVC is mixed with other polymers in a certain proportion, and the properties of the blend (fully compatible) are improved compared with PVC. Because the compatibility of the two polymers after mixing, can reach the molecular level of mutual integration, forming a single-phase structure, so that the performance of the blend is supplemented and strengthened, such as PVC/PS, PVC/PE, PVC/CPVC and so on.

4, PVC crosslinking. Crosslinked PVC can be made by radiation crosslinking and chemical crosslinking. The PVC products after crosslinking have high mechanical strength, good stability, good heat deformation, wear resistance, chemical resistance and other properties than ordinary PVC products. Radiation crosslinked wires can be used continuously at 100~110 ° C.

5, PVC (polyethylene) has polar or large group components, then the thermal deformation temperature of the copolymer increases correspondingly, the heat resistance is better than PVC, and the heat-resistant products are made. The softening temperature of PVC is 78℃, while the softening temperature of copolymer vinyl chloride-vinylidene chloride, vinyl chloride-methyl methacrylate and vinyl chloride-propylene acrylonitrile are 100~130 ℃, 85 ℃ and 140~150℃, respectively.

6, PVC chlorination, chlorinated polyvinyl chloride is made of PVC resin chlorination, its chlorine content is 62% to 68%. Chlorinated PVC can be used continuously at 100 ° C (20~35 ° C higher than PVC), and the maximum use temperature can reach 100~105 ° C. And the chemical stability, flame resistance, cold resistance are better than PVC. However, the anticorrosion requirements of chlorination equipment are stricter. Resin is not easy to process, poor impact toughness and restrict its application and development.

7. Add heat resistant modifier
Heat resistant modifier is a class of polymer with high heat resistance developed and produced in order to improve the heat resistance of PVC.
② Polyglutarimide: prepared by the reaction of polymethyl methacrylate with CH3NH4.
③SMA (styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer) is a better PVC heat resistant modifier launched by American manufacturers.
④HT-510 (day) is an acrylic series imide copolymer.
⑤S700N is α-methylstyrene-acrylonitrile copolymer.
⑥ABS heat resistant modifiers: A15, A50B, A10 (Japan Chongyuan).
⑦MBS heat resistant modifier: Mitsubishi H602, 605, 632.
