China Suppliers Factory ACM Impact Modifier for PVC - Enhancing Low-Temperature Toughness and Impact Strength

FINE ACM is an advanced impact modifier specifically designed for the PVC industry, produced by a leading China supplier. This interpenetrating network copolymer (IPN) is created by grafting slightly chlorinated HDPE with acrylate, delivering exceptional performance. With its remarkable high elongation at break, FINE ACM significantly enhances the ductility of PVC products, providing excellent low-temperature toughness and superior processability in manufacturing. This unique formulation allows for a reduction in processing aid dosage in your PVC formulations.

The primary function of FINE ACM is to improve the impact strength and toughness of PVC finished products in low-temperature environments, offering better impact performance compared to conventional modifiers such as CPE and MBS. Ideal for crafting PVC rigid products, FINE ACM is especially valuable for applications requiring low-temperature toughness, including PVC pipes, fittings, and injection-molded PVC products. Trust the expertise of our factory in China to provide you with high-quality impact modifiers that elevate your PVC applications to new heights.

Should be kept away from flames and other sources of heat. The Product should be stored in a cool and ventilated area. Adequate precautions should be taken to keep all dust levels below values that are hazardous to health and safety. In case of eye or skin contact, eyes should be flushed immediately with fresh water to remove dust particles, and affected skin areas should be washed with soap and water.
    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is FINE ACM impact modifier used for?
FINE ACM is primarily used as an impact modifier for producing opaque PVC products, including PVC pipes, fittings, profiles, siding, and rigid sheets, enhancing toughness and low-temperature impact strength.
What is the difference between ACM-24 and ACM-69?
ACM-24 is designed to replace CPE+ACR combinations with lower dosage while offering higher processability. ACM-69 is formulated to replace CPE+AIM combinations, providing superior surface glossiness, higher hardness, and higher Izod impact strength.
How does ACM compare with traditional CPE impact modifiers?
Compared to CPE, ACM offers superior toughness, better weather resistance, improved surface glossiness, and enhanced fusion properties due to its advanced IPN (Interpenetrating Polymer Network) molecular structure.
What are the available packaging sizes for FINE ACM?
FINE ACM is standardly available in 25kg PP valve bags with PE inner lining, as well as 550kg super sack PP bags with PE inner lining. Customized packaging options are also available upon request.
What is the shelf life and proper storage condition for FINE ACM?
FINE ACM has a shelf life of 2 years. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated area away from direct heat sources and open flames. Products beyond shelf life can still be used if re-inspected and verified qualified.
