China CPVC Resin Suppliers - High-Quality Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride Factory for Versatile Applications
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
As a type of high heat and corrosion resistant material CPVE Resin has become an important engineering thermoplastic due to its relatively low cost, high heat distortion temperature, chemical resistance, outstanding mechanical property, dielectric property, flame and smoke resistance properties.
CPVC was first commercialized by Noveon in the early 1960s and has since proven its value in a variety of industrial applications in which a high use temperature and excellent resistance to chemical are desirable. It is widely used in production of fire safety pipe, hot and cold water pipe and chemical pipe & fittings, etc.
Used in hot and cold water delivery pipes and industrial liquid handling. Besides pipe and fittings, many other industrial fluid-handling product are available in CPVC, including pumps, valves , strainers, tower packing, and duct, as well as sheet for fabrication into tanks ,duct, and tank lining.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the primary benefits of CPVC Resin compared to standard PVC?
CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) Resin offers significantly higher heat distortion temperatures, superior chemical and corrosion resistance, outstanding mechanical strength, and excellent flame and smoke resistance properties compared to standard PVC.
What is the difference between Extrusion Grade (CPVC-1000J) and Injection Grade (CPVC-700Z)?
CPVC-1000J is designed for extrusion processes, making it ideal for manufacturing continuous shapes like hot-water tubes, brine tubes, and electric pipelines. CPVC-700Z is formulated for injection molding processes to produce complex parts such as fittings, joints, and valves.
What is the Vicat softening temperature of your CPVC Resin?
Both CPVC-1000J and CPVC-700Z grades feature a Vicat softening temperature of ≥110℃, ensuring high heat resistance and stability in demanding environments.
Can CPVC Resin be used for industrial chemical handling?
Yes, CPVC Resin is highly suitable for industrial liquid handling. It is widely used to construct chemical pipes, fittings, pumps, valves, strainers, tower packing, and sheets for tank linings due to its excellent chemical and corrosion resistance.
What are the key physical properties of your CPVC Resin powders?
Our CPVC Resin is a white powder with a bulk density of 0.5 - 0.7 g/cm³, a chlorine content of approximately 66.8% to 67.0%, volatile matter of ≤0.3%, and a sieve residue (30 mesh) of ≤1.0%.
