Product Application
FINE Lubricant series processing aids have a better metal release function that can avoid the adhesion between PVC melt and metal inner surface efficiently. It can improve the processing fluidity and surface glossiness of finished PVC products, Increase production capacity well. FINE Lubricant processing aids are widely used for PVC products, such as sheets, films,profiles, pipe, pipe fitting, injection molding and so on.
FINE Transparent processing aid is a 100% acrylic ester processing aid with low viscosity. Due to its good fluidity ,fast plasticizing performance in the production, also it has no harm on the optical properties of PVC products and can maintain good mechanical properties of PVC transparent products, this series are suitable for transparent PVC products well, like PVC transparent film, bottle, panel and so on.
FINE General processing aids are based on medium-high molecular weight .It can improve the process-ability and the performances of rigid PVC formulations, promote the fusion of PVC compound,increase the melt strength and enhance surface glossiness quality of PVC products.It's suitable for all kinds of PVC products,like PVC window profile, sheets, siding,fencing, pipes, pipe fitting , PVC films and so on.
FINE Foam regulator series have a ultra-high molecular weight which can provide the ultra-high strength of PVC melt and accelerate the gelation of PVC. It can improve the elasticity and toughness of PVC melt then wrapping the bubble created by the foaming agent, preventing the bubble to merge and break with low torque, thus improve the intrinsic melt strength and surface quality of finished product. It's suitable for foaming PVC window profile, pipe, board ,sheets and so on.
FINE series high melt strength processing aids are mainly divided into two kinds: 1-Acrylic copolymer,; 2- Styrene- acrylonitrile copolymer. These kinds of processing aids are with high melt strength and fast fusion ability simultaneously.These series are very suitable for high filler formula products and can replace Traditional low viscosity processing aids with lower dosage. FINE series can also be used in PVC micro foam application, such as thin foam sheet and PVC foam shoes.
