Shelf Life: Shelf-life of two years, it can be still used if qualified by inspection after shelf life.
Storage & Safety: Should be kept away from flames and other sources of heat. The Product should be stored in cool and ventilated area. Adequate precautions should be taken to keep all dust levels below values that are hazardous to health and safety. In case of eye or skin contacts, eyes should be flushed immediately with fresh water to remove dust particles and affected skin areas should be washed with soap and water.
AIM products are versatile PVC modifiers widely applied in window profiles, siding, fences, sheets, boards, pipes, pipe fittings, and outdoor transparent products like corrugated sheets, sign boards, and films.
While all grades provide high impact resistance and improve processing, AIM-50 offers higher transparency and improved plastification specifically suited for transparent PVC products. AIM-55 offers an ideal performance-cost ratio, and AIM-334 focuses on optimal fusion and weatherability.
AIM promotes PVC fusion, enhances compatibility, lowers post-extrusion shrinkage, provides high impact resistance, improves thermal/dimensional stability, and delivers long-term weather resistance with outstanding surface finish.
Standard packaging includes 25kg PP valve bags with PE inner bags and 550kg super sack PP bags with PE inner bags, with custom options available upon request.
The shelf life is two years. Products should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated area away from open flames and direct heat sources. It can still be utilized after the shelf life if re-tested and qualified.
In case of contact with eyes, flush immediately with fresh water to clear dust particles. For skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water.
